Often what we are focusing most of our attention and energy on in life are things that we cannot control. We worry about what others are doing and thinking, what is happening around the world, regrets from the past and so on. What is causing us stress and anxiety will only continue and possibly get worse if it is not addressed.
Mental health is not an easy “off and on light switch”. You can’t all of the sudden wake up and tell yourself, “oh, I have anxiety, I am going to stop that”. It’s something you have to break down, bit by bit, day by day, until one day you can feel a breath of fresh air.
We want to help you re-find your control in your life. By first finding a sense of inner calmness. We often think we will “finally be happy when. . .” But that only leads to failure and disappointment. You have the ability to be happy and peaceful, even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty.
