Katie, Christi, and Gaylee are the only employees of Mindwell Therapy. Some of the other therapists in the office are independent practitioners who rent space within Mindwell and manage their own scheduling separately. If you are interested in working with one of those therapists, please reach out to them directly using the contact information listed on their page.

All of the therapists work independently. Some are self-pay only, while others accept one or two insurance plans, several plans, or offer out-of-network billing. We encourage you to contact the therapist you’re interested in directly, as they can provide the most accurate information about their payment and insurance options.
Yes, we offer virtual therapy sessions for clients who prefer the convenience and comfort of meeting from home. Virtual sessions are available for teens, couples, and adults, although some types of therapy, such as play therapy for younger children may be more effective in person.
Each therapist may use a different virtual platform, so please contact your therapist directly if you are interested in virtual sessions or have questions about their process.

For those with anxiety tied to past trauma, we also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process underlying experiences.
