STEP 2
BOOK YOUR FREE CONSULTATION WITH A THERAPIST
Book your free consultation with a therapist! If you meet with them and it doesn't feel like a good fit, you can book another free consultation with another therapist.
STEP 4
BOOK YOUR INTAKE SESSION
After your consult call with a therapist you will book your intake session. You can either do that with your therapist at the consultation call or you will be sent a text afterwards to book so at another time.
If you would like to skip the free consultation call and just go right to the intake session that is fine! Choose your therapist and click "intake session (first session)"
STEP 5
FILL OUT THE INTAKE PAPERWORK FORMS
Once you book your intake session you will be emailed forms to fill out before your first therapy session. They must be filled out at least 48 hours before the intake session so your therapist will have time to review them.
Cancelation Policy
We prioritize our clients by holding space for each person we see. When clients cancel an appointment, our therapists offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week. When clients cancel within 24-hours or no show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen.
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with your provider with at least 24-hour notice. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full session fee. We will charge the credit card on file for no shows and cancellations within 24-hours of scheduled session.
