Who Am I?
As a former robotics teacher, coach, pianist, current empty-nester, and first responder's spouse, I bring a unique blend of life experiences to my therapy practice. Life is overwhelming, and it can feel like you don't even know where to begin. Maybe you're stuck in the upside-down or caught in a sandtrap without a sand wedge. We often stall out when things feel too big to deal with. I specialize in taking big, overwhelming things, breaking them down into small, easy steps, and finding creative solutions to problems. Guess what? You've already taken your first step! This is the way... Doesn't that feel great? My passion lies in helping individuals navigate life's challenges with resilience and understanding.
As much as I enjoy a challenge, I'm also an exceptional listener. You could say I'm "force sensitive." Are you ready to "boldly go where no one has gone before?"
I love working with:
Grief & Loss
First responders and partners
Teachers
Burnout
Parents
Adolescents
Emerging adults
Older adults
