Who Am I?
Hi there! I’m Kaylee Holden (she/her), a master's student in social work at the University of Texas at Arlington. I’ve spent time working with people who have gone through tough situations like trauma and homelessness. With over eight years of experience in various roles, I’m passionate about helping teens, adults and couples navigate life’s challenges, whether that's dealing with stress, emotional struggles, or improving communication in relationships. I’m here to offer a casual and supportive space where we can explore what's going on in your life and work together to find solutions that feel right for you.
I love working with:
Those seeking to manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions
Couples looking to improve their communication, work through relationship challenges, or strengthen their connection
Individuals looking for support with grief, loss, or emotional struggles
Anyone ready to work through issues, find clarity, and feel more at ease in their lives
What it’s like in a session with me:
Our first session will be all about getting to know each other and talking through what’s on your mind. Whether you’re coming in as an individual or as a couple, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and open, so we can get to work on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll create an approach that works for you, helping you build stronger connections and find practical solutions for whatever you're facing.
More about me:
When I have free time, I love spending it with my family and furbabies. I have two dogs and two guinea pigs who tend to demand all of my attention and love. I also enjoy reading, painting, and being outdoors. I love trying new things and going on adventures, and value new experiences. I tend to be very crafty and am always on the lookout for my next creative project!
$60 per 45 minute session
